Password help

When I typed in my password it said it was wrong & I pressed forgot then I realized I didn't type in one number correct & I realized it was my username that was incorrect so I typed it again & it isn't working, I also forgot my email so I can't see my new password when I pressed forgot if that has to do with it...

Is their a way to change emails without knowing your email or password although knowing username?

If you know the master password for your account here, you might be able to fix email issues.

Yeah, I was using this with a new email i haven't used before, forgot my email to my old 1, thanks for help.
