Patch Performance drop

I have seen of late the pre-game patch has been slow. (last 48 hrs)

Is this a CDN (llnw) issue or has KI dropped the amount of hardware/vm assigned to this task?

This has occurred consistently from multiple locations.

Anyone else been seeing this?
