Pet Glitch & Not Dissapearing Eels

I got 2 glitches in the game, one a pet glitch and another something with the Tenuric Eels in the Waling Caverns, in Crab Alley.

My pet is hanging in thin air at the side of The Oasis.

The Eels are not disappering when I defeat them.
