Plant problems

I tend to my plants about twice a day sometimes three times
when I first log on and before I log off (usually)
(after five hours of play I recheck them)

today I found a few of my plants withered
how can this be when I check on them regularly

can you please check into this glitch

This has happened to me before too. I couldn't figure out how my plants wilted so fast.
