Can someone help me please? I would like to turn on filtered chat, and I know I am supposed to log into the website and go to my account to change it but when I go there it asks me for my master password. I don't know what my master password is so I clicked the forgot password button and it said it sent me an email to reset my password but I never got the email! I thought maybe my email was wrong so I went to change it but nothing showed up in the email section. If someone knows what's going on or how I can fix it change my email I would really appreciate it!!!!
