Polaris screen freeze bug

Seems to mostly happen in Walruskberg.

Step outside and the screen freezes. Your character will walk a few steps then stop. You can't even turn.

I've heard this complaint from others. It's kind of like when you port to the Commons in a crowded realm, but witching realms doesn't help.

It's bad for me because I am still trying to finish Polaris.
