I was wondering if anyone noticed a problem doing that quest. I defeated Poseidon and it took me a long time. After I defeated him, There was a sparkling portal near Poseidon and I followed that out to talk to the quest giver and it took me out to the beginning. I should also mention that there was an arrow that also pointed the opposite direction and if I took that it would take me back through the areas and back to the quest giver. I did not get credit at all for defeating him and the quest showd up again on my quest screen. That is very confusing.
