Possible bug with Sleetfall Array of the Taug Deck
I've been using the Sleetfall Array of the Taug Deck. This deck is suppose to provide +1 Shadow Pip at the beginning of the battle. It never does this. It has never provide a Shadow Pip at starts of my battles. I also had a wand that was suppose to do the same and it also never provided the Shadow Pip at the start. Am I missing something here or is this an unknown bug? Please respond to this subject matter with a fix or detailed explanation of usage. Thanks
