I just want to share an experience I had in Krokotopia. I (with my Ice wizard) had finished everything up to the quest "King of the Pit" and had received instructions to light the braziers surrounding the battle circle in order to summon Grumish Greataxe. The problem was, the braziers were nowhere to be seen. They had disappeared. I exited the room and returned, I logged off and on again... all to no avail, so I sent a report to KI and described the problem. Since I was pretty much stalled with this wizard I switched from my Ice wiz to other wizards for a day or so. A couple of days later I tried the Ice wiz again and voila!, the braziers were there and I was able to complete that portion of the quest. So then I moved on to follow more of the quest line and was in the middle of soloing a gauntlet dungeon (don't remember exactly which one) and was down to just me and the final boss when all of a sudden I get the message "This character is being shut down for maintenance". Ahhhhhhhh! So, long story short... thanks to KI for responding to my problem, unfortunately their response was at an inopportune time. Nobody's fault, just coincidence (and my impatience), but I just wanted to let people know that KI does listen and they do respond.

KI does listen, this story is even more proof. Thanks for the cool story and more evidence to prove to the people who think KI doesn't care that Kings Isle is pretty good with customer support.
