I have been having a lot of problems on wizard101. Every time I get on, My computer shuts down completely! It is SUPER annoying I wish it would stop! My moms computer has XP and I never Have this problem on it. My computer has vista and My dad thinks that has something to do with it! PLEEZE REESPOND!!!! I am Justin Owlthorn, Level 23 (or somewhere around that general area)
There is no simple answer for this, as the problem could be about anywhere.
Send a note to Support, and include a DXDIAG to help them find the problem.
For that, open your Start Menu, then type DXDIAG in the search bar. Open it and run it, then attach the file it creates to your email.
Be sure to mention what you are doing when your computer crashes to help them pin it down. Is this when you first launch the game or when you are doing something in the game like casting a spell or teleporting.
It's also possible that your Security Software is interfering. Make sure your Firewall is allowing Wizard101.
