Quest Arrow Freezing

Anyone notice their quest guider randomly freezing, I usually have to quit the application to fix it.

I have too. One solution I’ve found is to exit the character and then rejoin. This will kick you out of whatever dungeon you’d possibly happen to be in, so do be aware of that.
