Okay so I just got this quest in Dragonspyre to defeat this guy named Orin Grimwater or something and it says what I'm doing at the bottom but it doesn't show the arrow pointing in the direction to find him. Could you please fix this or tell me why this is happening?

Not all quests allow you to use a quest arrow. This is where your map comes in handy.
I did that quest with 3 other wizards already and just did it again with 2 more last night. That is just the way that quest works. As someone has stated, use your map. You will see the tower you are looking for when you get close enough.
