Quite a while ago there was an exclamation mark on top of the sergeant on olde town that gives the quest to go to Colossal Boulevard. It turned out that when he gave me the quest it was a story line quest to go to colossus boulevard. The thing was I already completed all of colossus boulevard storyline quests. So I guess this is some kind of a quest replay bug or something, just wanted to say that.
