quest helper arrow in Avalon

i thot at first it was just minor glitch....
the second time coincident...'
third time its a titchy bug...

the arrow points but never changes the distance to where you are going.

it is frozen in place not moving at all even when i am but a few stepps away from my intended target.

how to fix it you gotta close game and start it,,,
very annoying to say the least.
