I wasn't sure how to attach a screnshot, but for the Quest Sell Out it says to go talk to gamma in Grizzleheim.
It also happened with a Penny Dreadful quest. Said she was in Grizzleheim, but she was in the commons. Hopefully if anyone else has seen this they know it is a mistake. Though a funny one for us noobs who don't even have Austilund accesable.
