When you buy back your training points do u lose your lore spells and spells you got from a quest I bought two balance spells I want to return but I don't want to get rid of my samurai and triton cards and I need them to finish the game
Since you did not spend Training Points on those spells, of course you will not lose them. You are exchanging spells for the Training Points, and none of your Main School of Focus spells will be removed. Any spells that were Crafted or Learned through defeating a boss (such as the Loremaster) and being rewarded with a Spell will also remain in your deck.

Resetting the training points does not affect the earned spells at all, or the ones won through either the Loremaster or card packs. The only spells that go away are the ones you purchased with training points.
