I have completed the Ruined Bridge in Mooshu twice. I never get the items or XP and it still says I have not finished the quest. I cannot move onto Dragonspyre without this quest following through.
I have completed the Ruined Bridge in Mooshu twice. I never get the items or XP and it still says I have not finished the quest. I cannot move onto Dragonspyre without this quest following through.
My daughter also cannot complete this quest. It keeps zipping her over the bridge, without registering that she has found the bridge. Why is there no reply to this problem? She cannot get the follow-on quests....
This quest and others frequently get bugged. It happens with certain quests when something in the game changes (i.e. an update) while the wizard is at a specific point in the quest.
The solution is to send a ticket in to Support and wait until they get around to addressing it. Be sure to give all of the relevant details.
