Rasputin Fight - boss doesn't load

Okay so on both my accounts I have completed it succuessfully but starting today. Everytime you go into the dungeon Rasputin doesn't load. you go into battle sigil but he doesn't show up xD Tried relogging, tried re-entering, nothing works.
