Really annoying bug.

My quest helper disappeared. I have logged out and logged back in but it doesn't fix the problem I don't know what to do.

This is not a bug, young Wizard.

Pressing T on your keyboard will turn the Quest Tracker on and off.
If you do not have a quest selected, the arrow will not appear.
If you have a quest selected that does not qualify for the arrow, the arrow will not appear.
