The sooner you send a request to Mr Lincoln at support@wizard101.com, the better the chance you have of recovering your deleted character.
Mr Lincoln will need to know: a) The Account name ( but NEVER EVER the password) b) Character Name c) Character Level d) When approximately the character was deleted.

Yeah, if you are on time, you can email a ticket to KI for a character revival request. Just send your account username, your wizard name, your wizard's level, and maybe your wizard's school. NEVER send in your password and credit card information (if you have one). Although you will be able to recover your wizard and his/her gear, but all of your friends will be wiped clean off your slate.
