Possibly it might be caused by on board graphics. One of my machines is older, and i attempted to run wizard on it. Things ended poorly. Graphics would not work at all. No idea how to fix.
I have yet to see this happen to me. (Probably because I haven't been playing for even a year yet). I have had lots of login glitches before though, try updating or simply restarting wizards 101. If that doesn't work than contact wizards or get a better pc. Good luck!
