reinstalled and text chat is not available

Had to reinstall due to some graphic issues.

I have a chat box but my text chat is not available in friends list.
I also double checked my account setting at wizard101.com and everything is enabled.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That is a support issue, my wife had the same issue and support dealt with it after a few emails.
