Sea Dragon Pierce card still costs 1

I know that the cost of Pierce was reduced to 0 pips in the wintertusk update. I am a myth wizard, and was happy with the change.

Unfortunately, the spell card "Pierce" given by my Sea Dragon still costs 1 pip - I have tested it and verified it.

Please change the spell card given by the pierce-monger talent to be consistent with the spell's new 0 pip cost. Thanks!
