Siren spell bug

From what i can tell, it is supposed to do:

-880 damage to all
-remove 2 positive blades
-50% accuracy to all
-reduce threat on all(?)

I noticed that the reduced accuracy spell is reducing the opponents damage by one and does not appear to impact accuracy at all.

If the last thing it does is reduce threat on all, I have yet to see it trigger.

yea and the spell is NOT removing 2 charms it only removes 1...
