I and several others who were playing on low level wizards saw some interesting yellow arrows sliding along the road from the headmaster's office, through the shopping district, to Muldoon in old town. Is this a test of a new version of the quest arrow, or a remnant of something old? The regular quest arrow was working as usual when we saw it.
