I Was looking at my friend's stats and it said they were level 0 when they were actually lvl 30+.

I wondered why so i checked my other friends stats and it said they were all Lvl 0

Does this naturally happen?

This is bug may happen of network connection problems, and if your connection is fine, try to log out and get in again.
