A friend was experimenting with gear and asked me to look at her stats. She had 10% shadow pips showing in her book when she looked (she sent me a screenshot). When I clicked on her in my friend list and looked it showed 8% shadow pip chance.
This makes me wonder if anything else shows differently in the gear setup I see and the gear setup other see.
