Stone Roses!

I have collected all of the stone roses in dragonspyre except the final one in the dragon's roost.

Only because it won't let me pick it up.
The first time i went there, it says i picked it up, but the quest still says I haven't!

I have continuously tried to collect it through many attempts and nothing is working.
Please see if you can solve this problem. Thanks!
