Storm lord quest

for some reason i can't get the quests for storm lord but i'm lvl 53 and completed all of halston balestroms side quests. any ideas? or is this just a bug.

Hello,

Have you completed the quest "Before the Storm" for the Triton spell? If so, Halston should have the quest Component Opponent for you.
