I was on my storm, and I was so happy I got to sudri's throne. Thyrna gave me the potion but I hate not getting the speed boost from my mount so I took the transformation off. I thought I could enter the dragon gate through the quest but it wouldn't open which I thought it would from past characters, but it didn't. I thought there was a press x option that wasn't showing up, so I relogged. I still couldn't get into the gate. Do I need to email the support team or can I solve the problem differently?
You need to be transformed into a raven to go through the gate. You can go back and use the cauldron again to get a new raven transformation. Good luck!
