Summoned by Alhazred for nothing

When I leveled up to level 61 I received a message from Alhazred. I don't remember the exact phrase, but he wanted me to go see him.

I went and he had no mark above him.

Similar problem to the ones with Ambrose.

I had the same thing happen with Baldur Goldpaws. When I hit level 40 he and Ambrose both called me and neither one had anything for me.
