When you send a support email to support@wizard101.com, you immediately receive an automated response from the email server which confirms that the email has been received. I've been emailing KI support and I'm not getting an auto response or an actual reply back. And yes, I am using the master account email.
I'm wanting to transfer characters between my linked accounts and the support email doesn't seem to work.. I first copy and pasted "support@wizard101.com" it and what came up was a response from "MAILER-DAEMON@wizard101.com" saying that the message couldn't be delivered. I then typed it out and made sure that I put in the EXACT email address that KI requested for transferring characters and I got the same response back. Does anybody know what could be going wrong or is there a problem with their support email?
