sususudrilund isn't working

Hi, i'm level 59 balance, and I know that we get a spell when we get the quest su su sudrilund, and I got the icon from Alhazred, but when I went to talk to him, the 'press x to talk' didn't come up, and I couldn't talk to him. So I went and completed the quest and it still didn't work. Please help.

you then talk to baulder gold paws in olde town or to eric wyerd rune in north gaurd or something like that he stands next to the hat shop
