I do not know for sure if this is a bug but when i press the Find A Quest button in the questbook it will not direct me to the Professor if he has a quest in that world.
I don't think there is an arrow to the Professor. But he is usually standing near the phone box. The phone box is usually in a main square. I think in Mooshu it's in the Jade Palace area? Hope that helps some.
