I'm sure this has been discussed but I cannot find previous posts easily on it (I even remember seeing this question some time ago but never saw the responses). Forgive the redundancy.
The R key.
It still works to reply but I no longer seem to have the ability to switch characters, press R, and pull up the last person I was speaking with so as to add them to my friends list on the other character.
Most inconvenient.
Are you bringing it back? Why did you get rid of it?
