I have gotten this bug twice when trying to load in somewhere. The first time i was just going to my house and it didn't let me so i waited another minute then it let me. But it happen to me again when i was loading into a ranked match, it never loaded me in, came up with the bug and counted as a loss. My friend has also lost a new meow exalted dungeon because of it.
