Transfer Characters

I sent an email to KI to get my character transferred. They told me:

Both accounts must:

1) Match the email you are contacting us from

The email I contacted them from matches both accounts so I don't know how this requirement has not been met.

The only other requirement is that both accounts must be subbed for a year.
