Trouble downloading patches

Hi,
I cant seem to get the patches downloaded. It gets stuck on KT_WorldTeleporter.wad. I turned off my firewall, uninstalled and reinstalled the game... now i'm out of ideas.

There seems to be one file that is causing trouble. We should be able to get you around it though! Please try this:

*Delete
C:\ProgramData\KingsIsle Entertainment\Wizard101\/Data/GameData/Krokotopia-KT_WorldTeleporter.wad
*Replace that with this: http://versionllnw.us.wizard101.com/WizPatcher/LatestBuild/Data/GameData/Krokotopia-KT_WorldTeleporter.wad
*Relaunch Wizard101!

That should do it!
