So Mr.Lincoln sent me a tip when I reached lvl 55 but I only got the last bit of it and it wouldn't let me see the beginning part. it was something about winterstuck or something like that.

Sounds like maybe he was talking about Wintertusk. Go to Grizzleheim and use the quest finder feature in your quest log.
