I'm not sure if you are aware but there are two items for houses named "Palm Shrub". One is very desert looking, the other is the pretty fan palms seen in tropical climates. I shop alot for my houses and happened to see both on the Bazzar at the same time. I thought they had similar names but now I'm 100% sure lol. Just thought I'd toss this little discovery your way.
