Yes, if you purchased a one year, a 6 month or a one month subscription you will be able to access the premium areas of Wizard101 for the duration of the time you pre-paid for.

You can always make a new True Friends code. Just open your Friends panel by pressing F on your keyboard. Click the following button:
A panel will appear that will enable you to obtain another True Friend Code, and remember the party you give the code to only has two days to redeem it!
