My character, Fiona Ghostcaller (L65 Sorceror) is unable to access Zafaria. A few days ago, I finished the Trial of Spheres which is listed as the main question for Celestia. Then yesterday, as I was researching how to do 'The Professor' quests, I realized I should meet the requirements to enter Zafaria (L55+/Celestia Main Quest complete). To be sure I didn't just miss getting flagged, I completed Trial of Spheres again, defeating the boss Mythraya for the second time. After which, I checked with Edith Benchley, Merle Ambrose and Haelstrom Baelstrom, none of whom would speak with me.
Now, she has completed the entirety of Celestia, side quests and all and has nothing remaining there. To ensure I haven't missed anything, I used the 'Quest Finder' feature in Current Quests in both Celestia and Wizard City but both times the feature reported that there were no quests in that world.
I filed a ticket last night (#150720-000923) by directly emailing support@wizard101.com. I received a confirmation email immediately and received a response a short time ago. The summation of this response was, we apologize, our powers are limited, "Our best advice to you is to do the dungeon over again. If the same issue occurs, please send us a screenshot of the issue."
There is nothing to screenshot, unless you'd like a visual reference of the three NPC's not interacting with me in any way whatsoever, with the exception of Haelstrom who just wants to offer me Storm Spells at the expense of Training points. I can screen shot my Current Quests, which include nothing but Wintertusk, Pigswick and the random new Wizard City items such as Fishing or finding the missing guard on Colossus Blvd.
I hope someone will be able to assist me in a more satisfactory manner.
