I have 2 boys that have accounts and have been trying to buy them crowns. We keep getting an error message with the parental code. I have tried to change the parental code, but that has not worked. I requested to have the code sent to my email, but I have not recieved it. HELP!!!
That's frustrating to be sure! You'll need to send me a ticket directly so that we can discuss the particulars, but we can get you squared away in short order!
To send a ticket, just click the Help & Support tab on the left, after you've signed in to the website. Scroll to the bottom and you'll see a 'Contact Us' section. From there, you'll be able to send me a message with all the particulars.
