Unstitching Bug,

Hello I have been having an issue with unstitching an item. I bought the Mid-Term Hair Style and I tried to stitch it to my Black Star Eagle Helm, but by mistake I stitched the hair style to the helm instead of the helm to the hair style.
I have tried to contacted customer support but unfortunately have not heard anything back. So was hoping that to see if I maybe able to get answers here. Thanks

You can use the unstitch feature to reverse the mistaken stitching and try it again.

Well that's the thing every time I try to unstitch it the game crashes

What method did you use to contact customer support? If you successfully submitted a help request you will have received an automatic email response with a ticket number.

If you don't have that ticket number, I suggest trying to contact them again. You can send an email to support@wizard101.com or go here and click on the "contact us" tab: https://www.wizard101.com/CustomerSupport/game

If you use the web form, you must have a valid email address attached to your game account or you will not be able to receive a reply.

I sent and e mail they gave me a # 150908-00479 but no one has contacted me and I do believe my e mail is attached to my account.

They gave me that reference number but I never received an e mail so I just sent another from the e mail address you gave me so hoping to hear from them soon
