Every time I try to play a video, it just gives me a plain black screen. I waited quite a while and still nothing showed. I tried on another account and it still didn't work.
I'm having the same problem, however when I finally give up and close the screen it says something along the line of "You watched a few seconds, but was that enough? Make sure to watch the entire video" but I never see anything but a black screen. I am in Tennessee if that makes a difference
