I had just received a pet scorpion from the Khrysalis quest, and I had a first generation pet scarecrow equipped with talents Death shot, spritely, death proof, and death shield.
When mousing over the egg, which compares my scarecrow to the new scorpion pet, the text said the scarecrow gave -2147483647% Death Accuracy and -214783647% Death Defense.
Going to my character page or pet page displays the correct amount, +6% and +9%, but just thought I should share. I have a screenshot, but I don't know what to do with it.
