Where are my game kiosks?

My Pagoda Dungeon does not have game kiosks in the lobby. Where did they go? Is this a bug?

Can you please respond? Is this a bug or were they purposely removed?

In addition this dungeon has instance issues. Go in, log out and try to enter with someone else. The group will be seperated.

I just got it yesterday, but I had no game kiosks in the lobby either. I didn't know there were supposed to be any though. It was just a big empty room with healing and mana wisps floating about.
