White Water in Wizard City?

I am not sure if anyone else has experienced this problem but on my screen the pond in wizard city and the oasis in krokotopia appears white.

I noticed I had purple water and one time, white. 8)

It's part of that "Bloom" issue that makes everything brighter. If you turn off the "Bloom" the water goes back to normal.

It still doesn't work, disabled the bloom. Water is still white!
