ok, i went to get a new spell for my side school, windstorm. it had a weird effect. plus 20% to next storm fight to all enemies. is this supposed to be like that? or are you going to change this? if it is supposed to be like that, explain.
What is there to explain? Windstorm places a 20% trap on all opponents. It is by design, has always been that way and KI hasn't publicly said that there is any intention to change the spell.
