For some reason my Wizard101 always crashes and I dont know why. When I load the program and it is loading all the data (After you click on Wizard101 icon) when I click on play, it wont show the Loading screen or the character screen. This problem just started happening about 30 minutes ago. Before I could get in perfectly but it just crashes. I dont know why! Can someone please help me?
You may need to update some drivers on your computer, but I would suggest you contact support. It will be easier to get help from them since they will ask you for certain files in order to determine what is happening.
